Lark identity shape test fails on main: return_files.py builds an unfoldable identifier regex #7387

Problem

On current main (2de490e), this test fails:

tests/architecture/test_lark_identity_shape_owner.py::test_no_lark_module_hides_an_unfoldable_identifier_construction

It reports one extra item:

loopx/extensions/lark/return_files.py:100 builds a Lark identifier regex from a value this scan cannot fold; declare it or route the site to the owner

This is not caused by PR #7386 (#7386). That PR changes only loopx/control_plane/collaboration/delegation_context.py and its test, and the same test fails without it.

Minimal reproduction

Expected behavior

The architecture test passes on main: the Lark identifier construction at loopx/extensions/lark/return_files.py:100 is either declared as allowed or routed to its owner.

Actual behavior

The test fails with the single extra item shown above.
