Campaign summaries currently require manual joins of progress, failures and scores, which can double-count retries or compare different case sets. Add a read-only report script that consumes caller-selected normalized projections and emits Markdown, CSV and JSON with fixed case denominators, incident/rerun counts and common-case means.
The helper preserves missing versus zero scores, explicit failure-zero provenance and existing score countability. It neither chooses runs nor changes scoring, integrity or scheduling. Private runtime adapters remain outside the repository.
Validation: 11 tests pass, including the real CLI and negative cases for duplicate selection, incompatible normalization, missing scores, replacement history, qualification contradictions and CSV formula content. Public-boundary scan reports all three changed files clean; the broader global registry check also reports unrelated historical Goal migration errors, so it is not claimed green.
