Replace RNQC’s per-run Rust build and copied reconciliation steps with AgentSCM’s reusable verifier workflow, pinned to release commit
efcac5a9ddb146bdb360af1cb3c463f001d9982eand published binary0.1.0-alpha.8. The caller shrinks from 80 to 29 lines. Update local producer instructions to use the same provenance-verified release.The upstream workflow preserves the trusted default-branch checkout, comment/base-change filtering, full-sweep concurrency, and minimum permissions. PR code remains inert Git data. No repository dependency, secret inheritance, or new wrapper script is added; recipe, policy, and issuer registry are unchanged.

60f75fc102ecbbd05a15aa13b7c3e5b01ec6fee3after the existing verifier accepted the signed receipt. The first prebuilt alpha.8 run on main succeeded: exact-version validation, isolated binary acquisition/provenance verification, installed-version check and reconciliation all passed. #1057 now documents the adopter workflow and carries a fresh alpha.8 receipt on its rebased head.The status is signed, worker-asserted local coverage, not GitHub-run mobile tests. The existing setup-failure stale-status limitation remains documented. Merging changes CI and maintainer instructions only; no library release or consumer rebuild is needed.
