Summary

• register mcpplibs.cmp@0.1.0 as an external Form A package on Linux, macOS, and Windows
• add the cmp-module workspace consumer, which imports the package and executes a scheduled coroutine
• document the package in both READMEs and record release/verification evidence

Package shape and mirror

The release ships its own mcpp.toml, module sources, and dependency metadata, so the index descriptor contains no inline mcpp segment. No mcpp-res mirror is available; the descriptor intentionally uses the documented plain-string GitHub Release fallback for all platforms. No index-level feature is needed.
