0.13.0 fixes a defect this package's consumers are exposed to: `kill(-n)' aimed at a unit the caller could not name reached the caller's OWN unit, so an enquiry about a unit that did not exist was answered yes and a signal aimed at one ended the caller together with everything it led.⚠️ Held for the second batch. This package resolves openkal-musl by version from the published index, so its CI cannot pass until 0.13.0 is in the index artifact --- which republishes on a push to mcpp-index main.
