Update outdated links in the docs and check all links again - #59

The 2015 tutorial moved to indico.ess.eu, and the 2016 MCPL talk is no longer public, so the reference to it is removed. All links are checked again, except for anchors in GitHub wiki pages, which are created by JavaScript. Assisted-by: Claude
sb_mcplextra_browse threw an exception from main() if the launched sb_simplehists_browse command failed, which the cppcheck run of downstream projects (with --check-level=exhaustive) reports as an error (throwInEntryPoint). Print an error message and return 1 instead. Assisted-by: Claude

Added a fix for the cppcheck error which makes the CI of dgcode_projects fail: sb_mcplextra_browse threw an exception from main() if the launched browser command failed, which cppcheck reports with --check-level=exhaustive (throwInEntryPoint). It now prints an error and returns 1 instead. assisted-by: claude |

The 2015 dgcode tutorial moved to indico.ess.eu, and the 2016 MCPL talk is no longer public, so the reference to it is removed. All linkcheck exceptions are removed, so all links are checked again, except for anchors in GitHub wiki pages (which are created by JavaScript and can not be checked, while the pages themselves still are).
