Since GitHub's access change on June 30 (https://github.blog/changelog/2026-06-30-upcoming-access-restrictions-to-public-api-endpoints-and-ui-views/), /stargazers and /watchers return a 404 for anyone who isn't an admin or contributor on the repo. Clicking the count on a star or watch button now sends people to a 404 page.

This changes the count link for star and watch (including v=2) to point to the repo page, which is where the main button already goes. I kept the href instead of removing it so the count stays focusable and keeps its hover style. Fork and follow links don't change.

I also rebuilt docs/github-btn.html.

Fixes #219
