CommunityToolkit renamed the
CommunityToolkit.VectorData.CosmosNoSqlpackage toCommunityToolkit.VectorData.AzureCosmosDB(see CommunityToolkit/AI#48), which also renamedCosmosNoSqlVectorStoretoCosmosVectorStore. This PR updates all references in the repo to track the new package and type names.
