Move the current
0.84-stablerelease line from the npmlatestchannel to its versioned legacy channel ahead of promoting React Native Windows 0.85 to stable.Why
Future 0.84 servicing releases must publish under
v0.84-stableso they cannot overwrite npm'slatesttag after 0.85 becomes the current stable release.What
defaultNpmTagfor all 15 promoted 0.84 packages fromlatesttov0.84-stable.promote-release.0.84-stable.prepare-releasecan regenerate it from the updated branch and publish the combined 0.84.1 release underv0.84-stable.Dependabot PR #16462 is intentionally excluded from this release.
