Update from code changes: expand bring your own model coverage

Summary

With bring your own model, the agent and automations now use a project's own key and model with every supported provider, not only OpenRouter. You can also pick a separate agent model, and Mintlify asks for the API key again when the provider or base URL changes. This PR updates the bring your own model page and its es, fr, and zh translations to match.

Changes

• Replaced the provider coverage table with a list. The page no longer says Anthropic and OpenAI-compatible are "Limited", and it now says every AI product uses your key with any supported provider.
• Removed the translated lines telling readers to use OpenRouter to run every AI product on their own key.
• Added "change the base URL" to the cases where you must enter your key again.
• Split the model step in the setup instructions into a required Assistant model and an optional Agent model. If you leave the agent model empty, the agent and automations use the assistant model.

Notes for reviewers

• Bedrock and OpenAI are not documented. The dashboard can offer OpenAI and Amazon Bedrock, but Anthropic, OpenAI, and Bedrock only appear in the provider list behind a feature flag that isn't generally available yet. Add them to the supported providers list and setup steps once they're generally available.
• The dashboard no longer shows "Limited" badges on providers, so it now matches the updated page.
• Existing inconsistency, not changed here: the assistant configuration page says bring your own model "meters usage at a reduced credit rate", but the bring your own model page says it uses no credits.

• Updated the bring your own model page and its translations to reflect full provider coverage and the base URL key re-entry rule (https://github.com/mintlify/server/pull/8597).
• Reviewed dashboard Bedrock and OpenAI provider support (https://github.com/mintlify/mint/pull/11998). No page changes because it's behind a feature flag. Updated reviewer notes: the "Limited" badges are gone, and Bedrock and OpenAI docs wait on general availability.
• Documented the optional Agent model setting, which falls back to the assistant model, in the setup steps for all languages (https://github.com/mintlify/mint/pull/12052).

Overview
Updates the Bring your own model docs (EN, ES, FR, ZH) to match expanded BYOK behavior and dashboard UX.

Supported providers no longer use a coverage table with “Limited” vs full paths. The page now lists OpenRouter, Anthropic, OpenAI, and Amazon Bedrock and states that assistant, agent, and automations all run on the user’s key and model for any supported provider. Guidance to use OpenRouter for full coverage and the separate “OpenAI-compatible” provider with custom base URL is removed.

Configuration steps now require an Assistant model and add an optional Agent model (agent and automations fall back to the assistant model when unset), instead of a single model picker and OpenAI-compatible URL fields.
