Update from code changes: assistant conversation categories table

Summary

The analytics page got a visual redesign. As part of it, the Conversation categories view dropped the category-then-topic drill-in. It now shows one table of topics that you can filter by category and feedback. Selecting a topic still opens a drawer with satisfaction metrics and that topic's conversations.

Changes

• Updated the Conversation categories description on the assistant analytics page to describe the topics table and its filters.
• Updated the "Identify frequent topics" use case to match.
• Made the same edits to the Spanish, French, and Chinese pages.

Overview
Updates assistant analytics docs to match the redesigned Conversation categories experience: a single topics table (category, response count, satisfaction, feedback) with category and feedback filters, instead of drilling category → topic before opening the drawer.

The Identify frequent topics guidance now points readers to filter the topics table by category rather than drilling through categories. The same copy changes are applied in English, Spanish, French, and Chinese assistant.mdx pages.
