Summary
The analytics dashboard now stores the selected time period, page or path filter, and each chart's filters, views, and sort order in the URL. Refreshing the page, using Back/Forward, and sharing or bookmarking a link all keep the same view. This PR adds a short "Share a filtered view" section to the analytics overview.

Overview
Documents that the analytics dashboard encodes filter state in the URL—time range, page/path scope, and per-chart filters, views, and sort order—so users can copy the link to share or bookmark a view and keep the same state on refresh or browser back/forward.
Adds a Share a filtered view section to the English analytics overview (
