Update from code changes: editor agent reads open comments

Summary

The editor agent can now read a page's unresolved comments and suggestions, including replies. It works in normal chat and when it replies to @mintlify mentions. It only reads threads. It doesn't reply to or resolve them. It also flags threads whose commented text has been removed from the page.

Documents that the editor agent can now read unresolved comment and suggestion threads (including replies) on a page, and clarifies that doing so does not reply to or resolve threads and that the agent flags when anchored text is gone.

editor/agent.mdx adds a Work with existing feedback subsection with example prompts (summarize feedback, apply requested changes) and those limits.

editor/collaborate.mdx updates the @mintlify mention behavior so read-only thread replies explicitly include reading a page’s open comments alongside search, page content, web fetch, and skills.
