Update from code changes: desktop app Check for Updates menu

Summary

The desktop app now has a Check for Updates… item in its app menu. On macOS it sits under About Mintlify. On Windows and Linux it's at the bottom of the File menu. Selecting it runs an update check and shows a dialog that lets you install an available update.

Changes

• Added the menu item to the Updates section of the desktop app page.
• Made the same change in the Spanish, French and Chinese versions.
