The Python sdist can silently omit
genomicsqlite/sqlite_web_dbi.py: it is a symlink into the CMake build tree, and in a never-built tree setuptools drops the dangling symlink without a word. The 0.10.0-rc.1 sdist shipped without it, so installed packages lack thegenomicsqlite DB --dbihelper that 0.9.4 shipped.test/pkg_smoke.shnow installs the sdist it builds in its staged copy, not the source directory, and exercises--dbiend-to-end.bindings/python/release.shrefuses to upload an sdist missing the module, with an error message naming cause and remedy.
