## 📝 Description
In the "Create new project" dialog, when the Labels field contains long chip text, the "+" (add label) button gets clipped outside the visible area and disappears, since the chips wrapper doesn't wrap onto a new line.

---

## 🛠️ Changes Made
- Added missing `visibleChipsMaxLength="all"` prop to `FormChipCell` in `CreateProjectDialog.jsx`, enabling chip wrapping (consistent with other editable chip usages across the app: RegisterModelModal, ProjectSettingsGeneral, FunctionsPanelGeneral, JobWizardRunDetails)

## 📝 Description
<!-- A clear, concise summary of what this PR does. -->
<!-- Include context, motivation, or related issues (e.g., "Replaces Sass with CSS Modules"). -->

When the sidebar is collapsed, the project item at the top of it stays hidden. This started with the Tailwind CSS v4 migration (mlrun#3774).

Tailwind v4 emits utilities inside `@layer utilities`, and unlayered CSS always wins over layered CSS. `functionsPanel.scss` has a global, unlayered `.hidden { display: none }`, and it loads as soon as a project page opens (`ProjectMonitorView` imports `FunctionsPanel`). From then on it overrides `group-data-[collapsible=icon]:flex`, so the item never shows. In v3 the utilities weren't layered and the group variant had higher specificity, so it won.

---

## 🛠️ Changes Made
<!-- List the main updates in this PR. -->
<!-- Example:
- Replaced Sass styles with CSS Modules
- Updated Button component props for accessibility
- Adjusted CI workflow to run on push for all branches
-->

- `ProjectDropdown.jsx`: hide the collapsed-only project item with `not-group-data-[collapsible=icon]:hidden` instead of the bare `hidden` class, so the legacy `.hidden` rule no longer matches it. Both variants have mutually exclusive conditions, so their order doesn't matter.

<!-- Optional: other context, performance considerations, or follow-up work -->
<!-- Example:

- The global `.hidden` rule in `functionsPanel.scss` is left as is. Nothing in `src` uses it anymore, but once loaded it still overrides any layered `display` utility on an element with the `hidden` class, so nextGen components should avoid pairing a bare `hidden` with a variant that shows the element.

- 101 Uncontrolled data used in path expression: getFile and getFileStats now resolve the requested path and return 400 if it falls outside the mock data folder.
 - 102 Type confusion through parameter tampering: the name query parameter is coerced with String() before .slice().
 - 100 Polynomial regular expression: the store-URI regex now uses non-overlapping character classes ([^/]+, [^#:@^]+, and so on) instead of lazy .+? groups, which removes the backtracking.
 - 103 Remote property injection: the __proto__ key is rejected on secretKeys writes and deletes (create project, post secret, delete secret, delete project).

## 📝 Description
The Nuclio remote wrapper (`.nuclio-app-wrapper`) had `min-height: 800px`. On windows shorter than about 950px (800px plus the top bar and breadcrumbs) it was taller than the available height, so the whole host page scrolled. The Nuclio function action bar, including Deploy, then left the viewport. Without the minimum height, Nuclio pages fit the host height and scroll their content inside

---

## 🛠️ Changes Made
- Remove `min-height: 800px` from `.nuclio-app-wrapper` in `RemoteNuclio.scss`.

## 📝 Description
Re-running a job from the UI dropped `valueFrom.secretKeyRef.optional` from secret env vars. When an optional key is missing from the secret (e.g. `AWS_SESSION_TOKEN` in `minio-credentials`), the re-run pod failed with `CreateContainerConfigError: couldn't find key AWS_SESSION_TOKEN in Secret`.

---

## 🛠️ Changes Made
- `parseEnvironmentVariables`: keep `secretKeyRef.optional` when loading secret env vars into the Job Wizard
- `generateEnvironmentVariables`: write `optional` back to `secretKeyRef` when it was set

Tested on a lab by re-running a `describe` job:
- Before: the re-run submitted `AWS_SESSION_TOKEN` without `optional`, so the pod was stuck in `CreateContainerConfigError`
- After: the re-run kept `"optional": true` and the pod completed

## 🔍 Additional Notes
- A function already re-run with the old UI has lost the flag in its saved spec, so re-running it again still fails. The fix keeps the flag when it's there, but can't restore one that's already gone.

## 📝 Description
<!-- A clear, concise summary of what this PR does. -->
<!-- Include context, motivation, or related issues (e.g., "Replaces Sass with CSS Modules"). -->

mlrun's stylesheets stay in the oris-ui document after you leave mlrun, so their unscoped rules kept restyling the host and the other remotes: the Oris home grid dropped from 5 columns to 2, the host's header buttons lost their borders, and AIRun's workflow canvas nodes got mlrun's React Flow borders and padding.

---

## 🛠️ Changes Made
<!-- List the main updates in this PR. -->
<!-- Example:
- Replaced Sass styles with CSS Modules
- Updated Button component props for accessibility
- Adjusted CI workflow to run on push for all branches
-->

- `tailwind.css`: scope Tailwind utilities to `:where(.ml-app, .mlrun-tw-scope, #overlay_container)`.
- `main.scss`: scope DRC's element resets the same way.
- `mlReactFlow.scss` and a new `scss/reactFlow.scss` (replaces the `reactflow/dist/style.css` import in `App.jsx`): scope the React Flow styles the same way.
- `:where()` keeps specificity unchanged, so nothing changes inside mlrun.

## 🚨 Potentially Breaking Changes
- [ ] Yes
- [x] No

<!-- If yes, describe what breaks and how to migrate: -->
<!-- Example: Renamed prop `variant` → `type` in Button component -->

---

Includes DRC change
- [ ] Yes
- [x] No

If yes -> requires bump NPM version

---

## 🔍 Additional Notes
<!-- Optional: other context, performance considerations, or follow-up work -->
<!-- Example:
- TODO: Migrate remaining components away from Sass
- Known issue: minor layout flicker on mobile
-->

- Utilities and resets only apply inside the three roots now, so new portals must render into one of them.
- Known leftover: mlrun's Roboto `@font-face` replaces the host's, causing sub-pixel text width changes.
