P1 Badge Publish Pressmark through mcp-publisher instead

A repo-wide search of cmd/, internal/, pkg/, scripts, tests, and workflows shows no code that loads arbitrary root-level JSON files, so merging this descriptor will not register Pressmark and the commit's intended effect is a no-op. Remove this file and publish the metadata from the Pressmark project with mcp-publisher instead.
