AleksMouseTester has moved into InputLab: one free Windows app for your mouse, your controllers and the PC they run on. This repository is no longer updated.
- The mouse quick test with its delivery score, now fairer for new runs (score v2): a gap where you moved too slowly for your rate and DPI no longer counts against the mouse.
- Timeline, Compare with the sweet spot, and the power-saving check with Restore.
- The same honesty: InputLab measures how evenly your mouse's reports reach Windows (host-delivery timing), not the mouse's internal polling and not click-to-photon latency.
- Controllers in the same app: everything from AleksControllerTester.
- Home: your PC at a glance, every rating with its source.
- USB timing: a mouse run seen at the USB controller and in the app on one clock.
- System › Interrupts: which CPU core holds up your mouse, measured, and a drag-and-drop interrupt layout you can undo.
- During this run: what else ran on your PC during a mouse run.
- The USB map, the power settings and a wireless mouse doctor.
In InputLab, Mouse › Compare › Import from AleksMouseTester copies the runs AleksMouseTester saved. The old files are only read, never changed, and AleksMouseTester can stay installed next to InputLab.
The AleksMouseTester releases stay on this page for reference; v0.2.16 was the last one. They get no more updates. Please report problems and results in InputLab's issues.
