This PR updates the unified client-side encryption spec test for QE-Text-substringPreview to avoid running it on MongoDB server versions 9.0+ by constraining the server version in runOnRequirements.
Changes:
- Add
maxServerVersion: "8.99.99"to the test’srunOnRequirementsso it only runs on servers< 9.0.
