Patch for #1673

This is what the revised notice looks like:

I'm not particularly tied to the exact wording, but this does the work to split out the notice title and link line, which were previously shared between the no support and security support only versions of the banner.

Updates the Docusaurus “unsupported version” banner logic to correctly distinguish Moodle versions that are security-support-only from versions that are fully unsupported, aligning the banner wording with the actual support state described in issue #1673.

Changes:

  • Adds a dedicated “Security Support Only” banner title for versions in security support.
  • Adjusts the security-only banner body copy to clarify it still receives security fixes (but not general bug fixes).
  • Replaces the “upgrade” call-to-action in the security-only banner with a link to the releases page showing support status.
