@dependabot Thanks for the suggestion. #1120 and this PR targets the same file on the same branch. Since the new version of the dependency you're suggesting the upgrade on the downstream is the same (docker), I think these PRs can be consolidted in the future (it took me a few rubbing my eyes to understand the difference)?
