Bug 2053080 - Highlight the last "Open graph" button clicked
When a user clicks an "open graph" button (which opens a new tab), that button gets highlighted. The highlight clears ~3 seconds after the user returns to the tab, using the visibilitychange event. State lives in AlertsViewControls and is prop-drilled through AlertTable → AlertTableRow.
