Reopened from #1194 with signed commits (see that PR for full review context/discussion).

  • Promotes each glossary term to a heading so Docusaurus generates a real anchor
  • Links every "See also" mention to its term's anchor (725 mentions across 206 entries, resolved including 34 short-form aliases like NFT / ABI / Layer 1)
  • Relabels Source: to Read more: where it points to a real docs chapter; kept Source: where the only link was self-referential
  • Removes the Agent Arena entry — a one-off term coined for a Battle of Nodes post that should not have been in the canonical glossary

Verified locally via a real Docusaurus build: zero broken anchors, all 205 generated anchor IDs cross-checked against the built HTML.

- Promote each term to a heading so Docusaurus generates a real anchor
- Link every 'See also' mention to its term's anchor (725 mentions, 34
  short-form aliases resolved by stripping the trailing parenthetical,
  e.g. NFT -> NFT (Non-Fungible Type))
- Relabel 'Source:' to 'Read more:' where it points to real docs
  chapters; kept 'Source:' where the only link was self-referential
- Removed the Agent Arena entry: a one-off term coined for a Battle of
  Nodes post that should not have been in the canonical glossary
