moved fonts database and fonts provider to local context - #395
DrawModule registers font services through DrawContext and context-scoped interfaces. FontMetrics and Qt drawing APIs require a context. Qt font conversion uses database substitutions, and Qt font removal calls QFontDatabase. The non-Qt FontProvider accepts the removal call but does not remove a font. FontsDatabase releases stored fonts on destruction. Environment can initialize and destroy context setups, and font provider tests use a dedicated context.
Priority: Normal
Merge Risk: Low · up to ee2bb
Font substitutions may remain stale in a live painter, and an alternative font-backend test fails. Both issues have bounded scope.

Clear the context pointer after teardown.
If a later suite calls Environment::setup() without setContext, m_context still points to the prior suite's context. Setup then creates context setups that the later suite did not request. Reset m_context after destroyContext() so each setup starts without inherited context configuration. (raw.githubusercontent.com)

Release Qt symbol fonts when their context ends.
QFontProvider::addSymbolFont registers an application font, but this new context-owned provider does not track its returned ID. Destroying the context therefore leaves that font registered in Qt. Track the IDs owned by each provider and remove them during context teardown. Keep explicit removeSymbolFont calls from removing an ID twice. (raw.githubusercontent.com)

Guard the database removal test by its font backend.
If MUSE_MODULE_DRAW_USE_QTFONTMETRICS is disabled, FontsDatabase::addFont returns a synthetic ID and does not register a Qt application font. This test then expects applicationFontFamilies(qtFontId) to be nonempty and fails when run alone. Run the Qt database assertions only with the Qt font-metrics backend. (raw.githubusercontent.com)

Guard the Qt application-font assertions in the database removal test with the
MUSE_MODULE_DRAW_USE_QTFONTMETRICS backend condition. Keep the test’s
synthetic-ID behavior separate so it does not expect applicationFontFamilies to
return a registered font when the Qt font-metrics backend is disabled.
