Add pet size configuration (50-250px) with dynamic real-time window resizing, scale the mouse petting hitbox based on pet dimensions, and synchronize the laser pointer toggle state signal with the tray menu action.

Внедрена новая настройка размера котика (pet_size, 50–250px) с моментальным изменением размера окна и рендеринга анимаций в реальном времени. Зона поглаживания питомца теперь динамически масштабируется пропорционально его размеру, а состояние мини-игры "Лазерная указка" синхронизировано с галочкой в контекстном меню трея через PySide6 сигнал.
