Implemented pet_size configuration and UI slider in SettingsDialog, dynamic window resizing in PetWindow, and dynamic petting radius scaling in InputManager. Also added laser_mode_changed PySide6 Signal to InputManager to keep TrayMenu laser action checkmark synchronized across all mode changes.
