docs(accessanalyzer): rename the agent panel and button to Add agent and Generate command

Matches netwrix-corp/access-analyzer#1197 (AA-1248).

Access Analyzer is dropping "Deploy" from the agent screens. The UI never deployed anything: submitting the form creates a registration bundle and shows an install command, and the agent registers itself only when that command runs on the host. The toolbar button and panel are now Add agent, and the submit button is Generate command. The Agents page's help link opens these pages, so they need the new names.

The page title and URL (agents/deploy-agent) stay as they are. Deploying an agent on a host is still what the page describes, and the in-app help link points at that slug.

Please merge this after access-analyzer#1197 ships in a release. A merge to dev reaches production with the next daily sync, and until that release the product still shows "Deploy agent" and "Deploy".

What changed

• agents/deploy-agent.md: the panel is the Add agent panel. Step 2 clicks Add agent and step 5 clicks Generate command.
• agents/index.md: the toolbar button, and the panel name in the auto-refresh note.
• install/installer-reference.md: the install-agent intro and the --token row name the Add agent panel.

Test plan

• Vale and Dale pass on all three files (pre-commit quality check)
• No **Deploy agent** or Click **Deploy** left under docs/accessanalyzer/26.1
• Build passes in CI
