Error on opening notification of available updates #17214

Steps to reproduce
- Have an update for an app available on the server, e.g. Contacts 8.7.1.
- Tap on the notification on your Android device.
Expected behaviour
A webview or the browser should open on the app list, allowing you to update all of individual apps after entering your password.
Actual behaviour
An error m savage with a lengthy stack trace occurs.
