Trying to watch downloaded videos results in "Sorry" screen #17398

Steps to reproduce
- Download a video (so it's available for offline use)
- Try to watch the video
- See "Sorry" screen
Expected behaviour
I'd expect to be able to watch the video.
Actual behaviour
I get an error ("Sorry") screen.

Same here. Get a "Sorry" or "Entschuldigung", when trying to watch already downloaded videos. If I delete the file locally, I can stream the Video without issues.

Same by me, but it shows the 7 seconds next cloud video on each video instead of the original video.
