Here a list of the most important changes since the last release:

• It include many new algorithms, such as X25519, Ed25519, ML-DSA, SLH-DSA, ML-KEM, X-Wing.

• For TLS, it supports X25519MLKEM768 and MLKEM1024.

• It includes a new HPKE interface.

• We support osx-aarch_64 (Apple Silicon) and linux-aarch_64 (Linux on ARM).

• We do not support windows-x86 (32-bit Windows) anymore.

• On Linux, it requires GLIBC 2.35 or newer, so it works on Ubuntu 22.04, but not on Ubuntu 20.04.

• conscrypt-android is 16 KB-aligned.

• We use ndk v27 to compile conscrypt-android. This version of ndk does not support Android API level 19 and 20 anymore.
