Split the combined MySQL/MariaDB section into separate MySQL and MariaDB sections in both backup.rst and restore.rst. MariaDB sections use the native `mariadb-dump` and `mariadb` commands with links to official MariaDB documentation instead of pointing users to mysqldump.
