Implement Share Renaming with Custom Tokens (HUB31+) #2859

Nextcloud (please complete the following information):

• Nextcloud-Version: 31.0.7
• Forms-Version: 5.1.2

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Since Nextcloud HUB31 it is possible to allow users to set custom tokens to rename share links.
It doesnt seem to work with Forms yet.

Describe the solution you'd like
Implement the same functionality like is available for Files.

Describe alternatives you've considered
using an external url shortener, but I dont like to have to do that!
