Remember last selection of Summary/Responses tab on refresh #483

Related to Add summary response visualization #460
In the "Responses" view there’s soon 2 tabs: Summary and individual Responses. The default tab is "Summary", but it might be nice to remember the last open tab possibly per-form, as this will be useful for small surveys where you want individual replies?

@jancborchardt Now that you can share the results with other users, should this be a setting per form or per user per form?

@Chartman123 I’d say ideally it could be remembered per user per form, as you might have some people who are interested in the stats, and some in the details. And it also depends on the type of form. :)

in this case I'd say we should go for a local storage setting as a starting point.
