Move the "rich edit mode" button #2623

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

This is an Android app issue. The "rich edit mode" button is hovering over the bottom right of the note, so if you're writing full paragraphs (not just bullet points) and get to the bottom of the page, the button is covering words that you might want to read back or edit, but you can't because this hovering button is in the way. The only work around I've found is to put a bunch of line breaks at the end of my note so I can scroll my text past where that button is. This makes the working page extra small when your keyboard is open and taking up half the screen already.

Describe the solution you'd like

My proposed solution is to make the "rich edit mode" button an entry in the top bar menu, or a button on the top bar.
