Summary
Limited app passwords are refused on unified search and the people routes, since those mix data from every app. This adds two opt-in scopes so a key can get them back:
core:search:read: unified searchcore:people:read: autocomplete, contacts menu, hovercard, profile fieldsThey show up in the picker under Custom as "Search across all apps" and "People lookup across all apps", in the same list as Files, Calendar and Contacts, off in every preset. Changing profile visibility stays closed.
Notifications will follow in a notifications app PR, since its routes live there.
