…dDAV endpoints remote.php/caldav and remote.php/carddav built their Sabre servers without letting apps add plugins, unlike remote.php/dav and remote.php/webdav. Plugins that apps add to every DAV server, such as session checks, were missing on these endpoints. Both now dispatch SabrePluginAddEvent right before the server starts, as webdav.php does.
