chore: update prettier to 3.9.6

• relates to npm 12 - drops npm-shrinkwrap.json #1117

Situation

If npm install && npm test are run under npm 12, Prettier reports a whitespace formatting issue.

Change

Update prettier@3.9.6 and use npm run lint:prettier:fix to make whitespace change in lib/reporter/logger.js.

I had the old version 3.9.2 instead of the new prettier version 3.9.6 in the commit message and PR title, although it was described correctly in the body of the PR.

I've corrected this now and the PR is ready to merge.
