• closes serialport fails in win11-vs2022_clang-arm64 #1220

Situation

serialport fails in citgm-smoker running under win11-vs2022_clang-arm64 in Jenkins. The error logs contain:

error MSB6006: "llvm-lib.exe" exited with code 1.
...
 npm error gyp ERR! node-gyp -v v9.4.1
 npm error gyp ERR! not ok

Documentation on https://serialport.io/docs/next/guide-platform-support does not list support for Windows arm64 and the package is not set up to support this platform.

Change

Add a skip entry win32-arm64 into lookup.json for serialport to avoid testing on this failing and unsupported operating system / architecture platform combination.
