Use Flutter 3.47.5 and run flutter pub get --enforce-lockfile from the repository root. Melos configuration is in pubspec.yaml.
Run python3 tools/coverage.py (or dart run melos run test) to test every workspace package and require 100% executable Dart line coverage. See testing and dependency maintenance for focused runs, generated-template validation, and coverage scope.
