Clear the semver filter when ?semver= is removed.
The watcher at app/components/Package/Versions.vue:55-60 assigns semverFilter only when route.query.semver is a string. When the query is removed, the value is undefined, the assignment is skipped, and the previous filter stays active. The filter input keeps the old text and the version list stays filtered on the bare package URL. Set the value to an empty string in the else case:

only still-valid issues, skip the rest with a brief reason, keep changes
minimal, and validate.
Review comment at @app/components/Package/Versions.vue around lines 57 - 59:
Update the watcher for route.query.semver in Versions.vue to clear semverFilter
when the query value is not a string, while preserving the queried string when
present. The empty filter should continue to use the existing early-return
behaviour in loadVersionsForFilter.

| `react@^18 \|\| ^19` | Package page with versions matching the union pre-filtered |
| `nuxt@latest` | Version page for the `latest` dist-tag |
When the version is an exact version number (e.g. `3.4.0`), you'll land on that version's page, and a dist-tag (e.g. `latest`) opens the version it points to. When it's a [semver range](/guide/semver-ranges) (e.g. `^3.0.0`), you'll land on the package page with the version filter pre-populated.

Document the &semver= form for URLs that already have a query string.
The instruction applies ?semver= to "any package URL". When the URL already has a query string, the second ? becomes part of the previous parameter's value, so the version filter is not pre-populated. A reader who follows the instruction literally gets a URL that does not work.

Review comment at @docs/content/2.guide/3.url-structure.md at line 41:
Update the URL guidance beginning “Append” to distinguish package URLs with and
without an existing query string: use the question-mark form when there is no
query string, and the ampersand form when one is already present, keeping the
versions fragment in both cases.

This is the same filter used on the [semver ranges](/guide/semver-ranges) page. Dependency links with version ranges (e.g. `^18.0.0 || ^19.0.0`) automatically link to the package page with this filter applied.
## Share exact feature URLs
npmx.dev keeps package exploration views in routes or query parameters so you can copy and share the exact state you are looking at.
