fix(ui): use distinct provenance and trusted publishing icons - #3379
Make provenance and trusted publishing icons consistent.
📚 Description
I noticed that the timeline uses the fingerprint icon for provenance, but other places in the app use the shield-check for provenance (which is mostly used by trusted publishing throughout the app).
This PR changes this, so provenance and trusted publishing consistently use different icons.

Summary by CodeRabbit
New Features
Package cards now display a trusted-publishing badge for packages with a trusted publisher. The badge can show provider-specific labels and link to npm’s trusted-publishing documentation.
Updates
Provenance badges and links now use a fingerprint icon and a generic verified title.
Dependency vulnerability indicators now use an alert shield icon.
Trusted-publishing badge labels and titles are available in English.
The pull request adds a trusted-publishing badge and updates provenance badge rendering, translations, and accessibility coverage. It also changes the icons used for provenance links and vulnerability links.

The new tests only check axe violations. Add an assertion that the github variant uses the GitHub Actions title. This prevents a regression from silently rendering the generic title.

In the `TrustedPublishingBadge` test for the `github` provider, add an assertion
that the rendered badge uses the provider-specific “GitHub Actions” title, while
retaining the existing axe violations check.
Assert that PackageCard renders the trusted-publishing badge.
Assert that PackageCard renders the trusted-publishing badge.
The new trusted-publisher case mounts PackageCard with publisher.trustedPublisher.id: 'github'. app/components/Package/Card.vue renders TrustedPublishingBadge only when result.package.publisher?.trustedPublisher is set. The test checks only axe violations. Axe does not report a missing badge, so a change that removes the badge still passes this test. The direct TrustedPublishingBadge tests do not exercise this PackageCard path.

Add an assertion in the trusted-publisher `PackageCard` test that
`TrustedPublishingBadge` is rendered. Keep the existing axe-violation assertion,
and verify the badge through the mounted component so the test covers the
`PackageCard` rendering path.

Assert the link target in the linked badge test.

Assert the link target in the linked badge test.
The linked-badge test checks the title but not the href. A change to the documentation URL would leave this test passing. Add an assertion for href next to the title check.
🧪 Suggested test addition
expect(component.find('a').attributes('title')).toBe(
'Published with trusted publishing via GitHub Actions',
)
+ expect(component.find('a').attributes('href')).toBe('https://docs.npmjs.com/trusted-publishers')

In the linked-badge test, add an assertion beside the title check for the
anchor’s href, verifying it matches the trusted-publishers documentation URL.
Assert the forwarded provider in the trusted publisher test.
Assert the forwarded provider in the trusted publisher test.
The test checks only that TrustedPublishingBadge exists. If PackageCard stops passing trustedPublisher.id as provider, the badge still renders and its title falls back to the generic text. Assert the provider prop so the test detects that regression.

Update the trusted publisher test to assert that TrustedPublishingBadge receives
the trusted publisher’s ID through its provider prop, in addition to checking
that the badge exists.
