📝 Walkthrough
Merge Risk: 🔵 Low · up to The integration itself looks sound. The docs should explain DNS-based site verification, because the default setup will not pass homepage verification. The playground link mapping also needs a fix. Both changes are small and can be made before merge. Pre-merge checks |

official measuremy.site install documentation site verification homepage HTML public key DNS TXT record
💡 Result:
**Official install docs:** [Add measuremy.site to your site](https://measuremy.site/docs/install)
- Add the script from your site’s **Setup** tab inside `<head>` on every page you want tracked. Its `data-key` is public and is used to record visits. ([measuremy.site](https://measuremy.site/docs/install))
- Verification happens on the first visit: measuremy.site fetches your homepage and looks for that site key in the returned HTML.
- If the snippet isn’t present in the homepage HTML—for example, when installed through Google Tag Manager—use the **DNS TXT record** shown in Setup instead. ([measuremy.site](https://measuremy.site/docs/install))
So the docs describe homepage HTML containing the **site key** or a **DNS TXT record** as verification options; they don’t call it a “public key.”

Document the DNS verification step.
The default onNuxtReady trigger loads the tracker after hydration, so data-key is not present in the server-rendered homepage HTML. measuremy.site cannot verify this setup from the homepage. Instruct users to add the DNS TXT record shown in the Setup tab before relying on the dashboard.

Map the label that getPlaygroundPath receives.
The registry label is measuremy.site. The helper does not replace periods or add -analytics, so this mapping never matches. The playground filters out the new integration. Change the mapping key to measuremy.site.

📚 Description
measuremy.site is cookieless web analytics. This adds it to the registry as
measuremysiteAnalytics/useScriptMeasuremysiteAnalytics(), with the site's publickeyrendered asdata-key, and the tracker'strack(name, props?)call exposed through the composable's proxy.Capabilities are
bundle: trueand nothing else, the same family as Fathom (#720), Pulse (#899) and Statable (#927). measuremy.site counts unique visitors from a daily salted hash of the connecting IP and user agent, so beacons routed through the Nuxt server would all arrive from one IP and collapse every visitor into one.About bundling: the tracker reads its key from its own script element and by default posts to
/collecton the origin it was served from. A bundled copy is served from the Nuxt origin, so the composable pinsdata-api="https://a.measuremy.site/collect"on the script element. No SDK patch is needed. The tracker sets no cookies and uses no localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB. It is about 0.7 KB gzipped, one request. Client-side navigation is counted through
history.pushState, so vue-router page views need no setup.Playground and fixtures use
key: 'pk_test123', which is not a registered site, so the API drops the events. The tracker also sends nothing whennavigator.webdriveris set, so browser tests don't record visits.Tests: unit (
test/unit/measuremysite-analytics.test.ts, proxy-configs), types, and an e2e fixture checking the bundled script keepsdata-keyanddata-api;unit,typecheckand the new e2e test pass locally, andnuxt typecheckis clean. I didn't regeneratescript-sizes.json(the script launches a browser against every registry script); happy to add it if you'd like it in this PR.Tracker reference: https://measuremy.site/docs/install
Disclosure: I work on measuremy.site.
