Netlify preview failed due to Python 3.8 attempt #390

The Netlify preview failed to build for a PR I created today (#389). The error was due to the attempt to build with Python 3.8.

I haven't looked at Netlify's Python 3.8 issue in a while (see #316), so I don't know where it stands. But I thought they had removed that limitation a while ago. Plus, OHW26 PR's this year didn't run into issues, so this problem seems to be coming out of the blue.

This isn't a priority for me right now, so I just wanted to document the failure.
