…st + SemVer (Step 7.10) General Availability — v1.0.0, the close of an 8-phase, 84-step build. - docs/release-notes/v1.0.0.md: GA release notes (highlights, one-command install per channel, the journey, versioning + support). - docs/ga/ga-readiness-checklist.md: every Phase 7 exit gate mapped to a CI gate / in-repo artifact; inherently-external items (pentest, SOC 2 audit, registry first-publish, signed customers, on-call, launch assets) flagged (external). - ADR-0052: SemVer over the drift-gated public contracts + a deprecation policy; the GA bar is a checklist, not a declaration. - packaging/rag-platform bumped to 1.0.0. The v1.0.0 tag (cut after merge) fans out to every channel via docker.yml + release.yml + release-airgap.yml. Verified: link-check, meta TOML parses.
