Description
Turbo 2.10.1 dropped back to single-package mode when no
packageManagerfield is present, rejecting the//#dev:siteroot task the how-to tells apps to add. The how-to now includes the field, and drops--dangerously-disable-package-manager-checkfrom the Makefile it recommends, since that flag was compensating for the missing field and is what triggers the fallback.Part of #312.
