should explicitely say - adding support for AWS bedrock model provider

I think we also need to have Integrating with AWS Bedrock model provider on par with https://114278--ocpdocs-pr.netlify.app/openshift-lightspeed/latest/configure/ols-configuring-integrating-google-vertex-ai instead of berrying this info in config
