I think we need to list regions here as well ?
For example, m7i is not available in Canada West (ca-west-1). In that region, specify a supported instance type such as m5.xlarge when you create a cluster.

Classic should get m7i too for new default workers on cluster create. Existing Classic clusters are unchanged (they still default to m5)
