Summary

  • Add docs/operator-onboarding.md: playbook for wiring <service>-s2i-content-provider and <service>-s2i-tempest on an operator github-check pipeline.
  • Point the README and developer guide at that playbook (job naming, dual registry, edpm_prepare injection, backend maps).

Most operators should follow the cinder-operator pattern. watcher-operator and test-operator remain special cases and are called out as such.

Test plan

  • Playbook names match the intended job shape (<service>-s2i-content-provider, <service>-s2i-tempest)
  • Links from README and docs/developer-guide.md resolve
