Point the SpiderLabs issue links at the same issue numbers in owasp-modsecurity/ModSecurity (the old URLs now return 404), replace dead pages with their Internet Archive copies or current equivalents, drop the dead AviNetworks link and the link to GitHub Discussions, which are not enabled for the repository. Exclude the placeholder URLs in the SecRemoteRules syntax line and LinkedIn, which rejects automated requests with status 999. The link checker scans every page on every PR, and 36 links migrated from the wiki were dead, so every open PR (#1, #2) fails CI for reasons unrelated to its own changes. With this PR, lychee reports 0 errors locally (197 links, 6 excluded).
This PR is stacked on #1 (
