Bumps EN-Revision on 38 doc-de files that were behind upstream doc-en by small diffs (typically +1 -1 to +7 -5 lines). Each file is bumped to the upstream commit that last touched it. Changes are dominated by: - Hash bumps where the German prose was independent of the EN typo. - Mirrored para → simpara tag swaps. - Small fixes mirroring real EN changes (typos like "Systen V" → "System V", "F_SETLLW" → "F_SETLKW", "assert_option" → "assert_options", pgsql parameter renames, etc.). - One DateTime example rename (DateMalformedStringException → DateMalformedIntervalStringException). - A handful of new-prose translations (apache/book, filter/filter-input, classobj/class-alias, datetimeinterface/format, language/predefined/attributes). Existing Maintainer values preserved on all files.
